Following the success of the Ultimate XV, Wales’ four professional teams are now joining forces to select the very best of the best - the Regional All Stars Ultimate XV.
More than 50,000 supporters voted on the polls run independently across the regions with the help of Cardiff-based technology company Doopoll.
Now the regional winners from each position will go head to head to take their place in the Regional All Stars Ultimate XV.
That will see the likes of Taulupe Faletau (Dragons) going up against Xavier Rush (Cardiff Blues), Ryan Jones (Ospreys) and Scott Quinnell (Scarlets) for the number eight jersey and Ben Blair (Cardiff Blues), Percy Montgomery (Dragons), Lee Byrne (Ospreys) and Liam Williams (Scarlets) fight for a spot at full-back.
Voting will open at 5pm today, across all four regional websites and social media channels, with the combined polls running over the next three weeks, beginning with the loosehead prop position.
The first vote will see the regions’ loosehead props, from their respective Ultimate XVs, pitted against each other. You’ll be able to choose from Gethin Jenkins (Cardiff Blues), Rod Snow (Dragons), Duncan Jones (Ospreys) and Rob Evans (Scarlets).
